Self Employed Agreement

If you have been offered a job by an individual or company, it is important to know if you are self-employed or self-employed. Self-employed workers may have more control over time constraints, wages and decisions to refuse to work or accept employment, but they also have more financial responsibilities. They must calculate and pay their own tax and national insurance, hire an accountant and possibly be responsible for the employment of their own employees. One person or company hires another to help with a short-term task.
